Chiropractic care is covered by workers' compensation and auto insurance, without the need for referral by your primary care physician. You may call our office directly to schedule an evaluation of your condition.
We are a participating provider for numerous health plans and some are listed below. If you do not see your plan there, check with the carrier or contact our office to verify that we are in the plan. In some cases, referral is required from your primary care physician. To determine the need for a referral, you may want to call the number on your insurance card and the carrier can answer that question.
